1. What is the Pink Cross Foundation Australia?

Pink Cross is a not-for-profit founded by a survivor with lived experiences of the s-x industry. Pink Cross’ purpose is to offer therapeutic support for those involved in the s-x industry, including users of the industry. Pink Cross offers evidence-based, mental health services, activism initiatives and education. In all our activities, we are promoting safe, healthy and respectful human relationships devoid of coercive control and any forms of human rights abuse. We are looking for someone who can commit to regular, flexible hours. Remote work is ideal if deadlines can be met.

2. Reporting to the Executive Director this role’s duties include, but are not limited to:

• Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organisation's website.
• Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
• Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
• Improving the user experience of the website regularly.
• Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics
• Creating appropriate website content aligned with the organisation’s strategy.
• Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organisation’s standards
• Maintaining brand consistency and ensuring designs adhere to our visual identity

3. The ideal candidate must have:

• A passion about Pink Cross’ mission
• Strong time management and organisation
• Be solution and initiative-driven
• Ability to take instructions and work independently
• Strong foundation in IT, preferably evidenced by relevant qualifications or experience
• Computer hardware knowledge and excellent documentation skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• An awareness of appropriate handling of sensitive and confidential information
• Detail oriented
