The program connects community members (Volunteer Cooks) who are happy to share an extra portion of their home cooked meal with an older neighbour on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. The Diner appreciates a regular home cooked meal delivered to them and a friendly face to say hello.

Groups meet monthly to pick up litter from local beaches, streets or parks and meet like-minded people who are passionate about preserving our environment, wildlife, marine life & ecosystems. The groups log their data in the LitterStopper app, which feeds into the DEECA LitterWatch database. We advocate for changes to reduce litter, raise awareness & support the government in tackling issues.
